Terms and Conditions
- Perth Platinum Tours reserves the right of refusal of entry and or removal of any passenger for anti-social behaviour and if alcohol / drugs are consumed in the vehicle, passengers may be asked to provide identification to prove their age prior to consuming alcohol at certain premises visited under the Liquor Control Act 1988.
- Perth Platinum Tours offer Private and Group tours. Private tours offer free pick up from any location within 15kms of Perth CBD. Group tour pick up locations are within Perth CBD.
- Individuals are responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Perth Platinum Tours will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passenger/s should this occur.
- No liability accepted for any loss personal property, injury or illness.
- All passengers must wear a seatbelt at all times. It is an offence in this state for failing to wear a seatbelt.
- Cancellation within 72 hours of departure, the fare is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 72 hours to 7 days of departure a 10% admin fee per booking will be charged.
- Tour date changes can be made for free up to 14 days prior to tour departure.
- Tour prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
- Full payment must be received 14 days prior to tour departure to confirm booking.
- Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers i.e. seniors.
- By booking a tour with Perth Platinum Tours you agree to be photographed for marketing and publicity purposes, should you not wish to be photographed please let the driver know on the day of the tour.
- Perth Platinum Tours is a trading name of Richard Edmonds Enterprises Pty Ltd, ATF for Edmonds Family Trust.
